How Atul Gupta’s Venture Is Redefining The Co-Working And Co-Living Space Market

Ever since the entrepreneurial wave has hit the country there is also a gradual and consistent shift in the ways office and living spaces used to be. Most of these new-gen professionals look for spaces that are both cost & facilities-friendly and also provide flexibility. Co-working spaces provide these facilities. These are ready-to-use, plug-and-play spaces with amenities required to start your work mostly shared by individuals working independently or collaboratively. Similar are co-living spaces where people living independently share some common areas and resources. These are particularly popular with students or young professionals shifting to newer cities for education or work. But finding such places wasn’t an easy task until a few years back when platforms like CoFynd ventured into the scenario and provided facilities to find them at the ease of your fingertip.

CoFynd is the brainchild of young entrepreneur Atul Gupta, a man who believes in devising innovative solutions to solve business problems. His idea of developing an online space discovery platform that helps in booking co-working, co-living spaces, meeting rooms, event spaces, and private offices is one of a kind in India. Apart from an online browsing facility his firm also provides offline support to visit sites.

The idea of CoFynd arose when Atul noticed a constant paradigm shift in the way people think about spaces to work and live. He observed that several service providers are already providing facilities of such spaces but there was a lack of platforms where these could be found. Atul has 20 years of experience in real estate, investment properties, and property acquisition. His vast experience in the industry has given him a clear understanding of present trends and the changes the industry is going through. His vision behind creating CoFynd was to provide an unbiased and unified platform for listing workspaces to provide ease of browsing and ease of booking to the end-user.

He launched CoFynd in 2019 with coworking spaces in 3 Indian cities- Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon. His platform provides a win-win situation to both service providers and ends users. While end-user gets the ease of searching and booking on fingertips, our space partners helped with branding, marketing, ease to be found, and sales generation.

As an outcome of Atul’s vision and strategic planning of creating a technologically advanced platform coupled with human support, the company has been able to achieve business growth and expansion even during the time of the pandemic. From 3 cities in 2019 to PAN India in 2021, CoFynd’s growth is exponential. During the pandemic, many businesses left the dedicated office spaces with huge rentals and additional cost of other amenities and opted for such plug and play office spaces available at many affordable costs in addition to complete working facilities and flexibility.

Apart from covering PAN India with access to 25000+ spaces, CoFynd is also planning to start its international operations in Singapore, London, Dubai, and Hongkong in the upcoming months.
